I reached out to Matt needing an independent, 3rd party mold inspection and he answered on my first call. He was able to work me in on the next day and was upfront with the cost, which I appreciated. While there, he explained his process in great detail and gave an estimation of the time it would take to get our results back from the lab. He even reached out when it was a bit delayed due to shipping times and offered to go over the results when they were ready. We will have him back to do air samples once all work is done for extra peace of mind. I would recommend Matt and Mold MD.

Matt is Responsive, ethical and knows his shit! He is also trustworthy, which is hard to find sometimes. Thanks, Matt. I am giving you five bright stars and I would highly recommend you.

Matt does a great job with his clarity and communication. I trust him and his company to do an honest job. His prices were reasonable and I would hire him again certainly!

5-Star Review for Mold MD Service I recently had a serious mold issue caused by a leaking AC handler in my attic, and I called Mold MD for help. The service contract was clear, straightforward, and easy to understand. The crew thoroughly removed all the mold, and expertly repaired the affected drywall. The job was done meticulously. Having had an unfortunate experience with mold in the past I called last minute on a Friday for an air quality test to be done on a home we’re buying and Matt was out there same day. I received the results Monday giving us peace of mind knowing we weren’t walking into a mold show.

Matt from Mold MD came in, told the mold to pack its bags, and then fixed my ceiling, and it’s innards, like nothing ever happened. Super knowledgeable, explained everything without the scary sales pitch, and left my place cleaner than he found it (insert spring cleaning in the winter)If mold had a worst enemy, it’d be Matt. 10/10 would recommend if your ceiling starts plotting against you too. ****also as a night shift worker, he was super flexible and understanding of my schedule while getting the job done in the most timely manner.

Matt did an amazing job removing mold from my bathroom. We had a skylight leaking and it ran behind the wall and shower. All the mold was removed and he cleaned up the area in a professional manner. He completed the job quickly and ran a test to make sure all the mold was removed. Highly recommend.

Great experience!! Matt was responsive through the entire process from initial call to finalizing the cleanup. He explained what to expect for the mold cleanup to the repairs. Gave me feedback of what he found and how the cleanup was done. His drywall contractor did a great job as well and was professional and efficient. Matt even mopped the floor at the end of the project!! I will recommend him to everyone I know that may need his service. Thanks Matt!

I hope to never need the services of Mold MD ever again, but if I should, I’d definitely call them again. Matt was fantastic. Excellent service, personable, and reasonably priced. So many companies are price gouging in the wake of Hurricane Ian, but Mold MD is more concerned with making your home right, which means the world when you’re trying to rebuild. Many thanks to Matt and his team!

Matt’s company Mold MD recently cleaned all our air ducts. I would highly recommend him to anyone. They were prompt, professional and extremely thorough. Care was taken to cover up all pertinent furniture and/or areas where dust or dirt might fall. They also cleaned up and vacuumed very well at the end of the job, as well as reinstalling all duct covers. Everything they needed to complete the job, they brought with them. Great job, thanks Matt!

Extremely professional and reliable company. We had a late night mold problem and they came right out! Dalton and Matt not only have the best customer service, they were honest and at a fair price. This family owned business put my mind at ease by going above and beyond. I highly recommend Mold M.D. for all your water restoration and mold remediation needs.

Matt is the ultimate professional in his field ... experienced, honest and priced fairly. We learned the hard way that there are people who do mold remediation who use scare tactics to manipulate people into buying services they don't need ... at grossly inflated prices. It is refreshing to find someone like Matt, owner of Mold M.D. who is a credit to the industry. Call him if you suspect a mold issue -- he will give you an honest assessment and if there are issues, go over options and give you a fair price for his service.

Matt is a true professional that is prompt , reliable and very knowledgeable in his field. I have had a few remediations done and he was by far the most reasonable and responsive to my needs. As a realtor it is important that I have responsible and reliable resources, Matt is on that list!!!

Matt was quick to respond and took the time to talk to us about the entirety of our situation. He went above and beyond to make sure our mitigation was a smooth process. Moving furniture and sealing off areas. Knowing we had to be out of the house for removal, he was timely and respectful. Would recommend over and over to anyone needing assistance!!

Had an old copper pipe break in my downstairs half bath while I was out of town for work and the slow leak caused a lot of mold buildup, didn’t notice until the drywall visibly showed water spots. Called Mold M.D up and Matt was down here within an hour (which is very impressive because Fort Myers is nearly 40 minutes away from the Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte area). He was quick with setting up the equipment and made the experience as painless as possible. Will definitely use him again in the future and will recommend him to anyone I know of that needs help in this area.

Mold MD was referred by a neighbor for their excellent service, knowledge, and professionalism. They did not disappoint! They came out immediately, did excellent work, and got our results quickly. Would absolutely recommend them!
